The penny drops.

Sometimes what you want isn’t what you need.
I’ve had something utterly brilliant but I can’t take the downside.
A job that isn’t hard work but I can’t deliver big results.
I tried. Well I guess that looking at it another way…
I did deliver a massive change in mindset.
For the two leaders.
They are finally seeing the problem and admit they cause it.
Pretty big result actually.
6 months. Not bad:)
