My little leaders

We all must change. In order to do so sometimes we need to feel certain feelings to help us get to the point where things have changed.

If the little ones are learning they need to feel curious and inquisitive on the inside and rewarded for persistence on the outside.

If they are consolidating something new then they need to feel responsible and alert to the change slipping.

If they are improving then they need to feel challenged and stretched – their wings aren’t going to grow otherwise.

and then they need to work as a team and not to fight like brothers and sisters.

Here is to teamwork and to the language of leadership. Practice at home.
