Boss is on board with data analytics and showing signs of tabulating data visualising is a little way off.
I’m hoarding tasks. I need to delegate and direct more effectively.
I also need people whom I can direct and delegate to effectively.
If I have 4 more then it is 15. 4 teams each with a natural leader. My born facilitator needs a job that’ll stretch him – before he gets too old.
I wonder if he would take over qc stocks….manager of special stock items……with schedulers and such identified too.
