Get it done or do it right? Why is it such a dilemma
I need to shift money into my account..simple you say! I want to do it right – which means using the app I’ve installed on my phone, set up all the details for and got working previously.
But today it isn’t working.
So I’ve called the helpdesk, I’ve reset passwords, I’ve gone onto the banking site to reset my passwords (where I couldv’e done my banking – but didn’t…..it’s the principal now you see….) called the telephone banking crew and finally now reloading the app to my phone.
And I know I’m stuck in some sort of dilemma – but what is it?
