The QAT is ineffective and I thought that I had agreed with Rach Morris’s that is was her job to raise – I did in front of Mike. I’ve raised it via Mike and the SLT have previously discussed it. Raise a Capa on the QAT. Root cause would be no effective document search is carried out. Why – we don’t get trained. Documents aren’t searchable as the are scanned. Use you qms people. They are the people who should understand the process and see the documentation hooks together. If the documentation proves to be too complicated to allow successful review by a group of people who I really feel for then that is the story of functional documentation versus product/customer/end to end documentation.

I don’t have the time to share the examples. I’m trying to prove something to them and I think the wool is under and over someone’s eyes. I need to create a file off knowledge if I want to.
